Mabb is one of the three ancient gods of the rats who make up what is known as the Raith Sidhe. She is the consort of Hobb, an enchantress and mistress of glamour. Known as the Sleep Visitor, she visits her followers in their dreams and inspires them to murder. To summon her, pillows filled with special herbs called Mabb Rests are often used.

Mabb takes the form of a rat wearing an ornate headdress decorated with crimson and orange ribbons. She has golden eyes, and on her forehead is painted her symbol of the third eye, which signifies hidden power.

Rat Zodiac[]
Mabb governs a portion of the constellations in the Rat Zodiac. The moon enters the house of Mabb on the 14th of June every year and leaves it on the 2nd of October. Her signs include The Scars, The Maggots, The Ratwitch, and The Wheel.[1]
