Old Manky was a ratwitch who lived in the sewers of Deptford during the time Klakkweena was a ratling. Those who lived there would go to her for ointments and potions that she would brew. One day she claimed her magic gifts came from the Raith Sidhe, and as punishment she was thrown into the blackness of Jupiter's dark portal, never to be seen again.
