The Deptford Histories is a trilogy of dark fantasy novels by Robin Jarvis. The stories serve as prequels to The Deptford Mice, giving backstories for characters and explaining past events that were mentioned in the original trilogy. Each novel, though set in the same universe, can stand on its own. All three were originally published by Macdonald Young Books in the United Kingdom.

The first book is The Alchymist's Cat, originally published in 1991. Set in the 17th century, it explains the origins of the evil lord of the rats, Jupiter. The Oaken Throne was published in 1993. In it, the dynasty of the Starwives is explored and the story of the great war between the bats and the squirrels is told. The final book, Thomas, reveals the dark secret that haunts midshipmouse Thomas Triton. It was published in 1995.
